Before Signing Up for our services, you must agree with our terms below.

In consideration of the Internet access and services (the "Services") being provided to you
by the Company (as herein defined),you agree to the terms and conditions of this Customer
Use Agreement (the "Agreement"). If at any time you choose not to agree to all or any of
the following terms and conditions, you must notify the Company immediately to cancel
your account.

| Accounts
are prorated from the day of signup to the end of the month. All
payments are due on the first day of each month. All active accounts
are automatically renewed upon the anniversary date of the billing
cycle. Accounts are not prorated upon cancellation but remain
active until the last day of the month. Accounts can only be canceled
via an email notice to the accounting department. Upon which,
a cancellation confirmation email will be sent out for the customer's
records. |
